Interim Performers was launched in September 1999 - the UKs first specialist recruitment company to provide Interim Managers and professionals within Human Resources to not-for-profit and Blue-Chip organisations.
Since then Interim Performers has grown to include Finance, Project and Programme Management, and PR & Corporate Communications within both the Public and Private sectors.
Julia Meighan MBA, founder of Interim Performers saw an opportunity to provide a dedicated service to management professionals wishing to pursue a portfolio career, whilst at the same time meeting a rising demand from organisations for a more flexible management resource.
Interim Performers has recently formally integrated into its sister company, VMA Group and is now known as 'Interim Performers, part of VMA Group'.
Interim Performers have dedicated recruitment teams offering services from Central London and Manchester.
Interim Performers is an organisational member of the IMA (Interim Management Association), the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and has achieved the new 2005 Investors in People.
