Sarah joined VMA Group in January 2012 and has spent more than 20 years working in senior communication roles across a wide range of industry sectors in the UK and internationally. Her experience includes operational change and crisis communications, employee engagement, and coaching and mentoring. Sarah’s former roles include Head of Internal Communication at AXA UK, Head of Internal and Civil Service Communication at the Cabinet Office and Director of Internal Communication at Royal Mail.
